Beavers, Cubs, Scouts & Explorers

Sandwich Scout Group is the local name for the 7th Deal (Sandwich St. George’s) Scout Group which is located in the the Town and Cinque Port of Sandwich. They regularly hold Beaver colony, Cub pack, Scout group and Explorer Scout Unit meetings, activities and events.

Beaver Scouts are boys and girls between the ages of 6 and 8 years.  Thursday evenings between 6.30pm and 8.00pm.

Cub Scouts are boys and girls between the ages of 8 and 10.5 years.  Wednesday evenings between 6.30pm and 8.00pm.

Scouts are boys and girls between the ages of 10 and 14½ years.  Monday evenings between 7.00pm and 9.00pm.

Our Explorer Scout Unit is known as the Rutupiae Explorer Scout Unit. Explorer Scouts are young people between the ages of 13½ and 17 years.  Tuesday evenings usually between 7.00pm and 9.00pm.
