The Toll Bridge

The restaurant built  in the 1980's at fisherman’s wharf has been extensively refurbished inside and out with a new modern and contemporary style  & design. 

We are delighted to welcome you to enjoy our brand new seated courtyard, the beautifully designed bar area or our upper floor balcony which offers you views overlooking the River Stour where you may even see the opening & closing of The actual Toll Bridge !

At the Toll Bridge, our companies ethos is about offering you great service, food and affordability. 

Our drinks menu has a great selection of irresistible refreshing cocktails, beers and lagers and a choice of carefully chosen local and worldwide wines.

The food concept is unique. Marinating and gently cooked in our smoking oven, allowing flavours to penetrate and ensure every bite is an experience. From tender meaty ribs, perfectly grilled salmon to juicy chicken wings. 

We have vegetarian & vegan dishes plus tasty generous sides to compliment every part of the menu. 

To finish off  if you have room, there are freshly made desserts that will make the mouth water. 

We are also proud to tell you that  all of our pastries and breads are freshly made every day by our own baker.
