Our chips are made from fresh potatoes carefully handpicked for their taste and quality from our local farms. The oil that we sue is of the highest standard and low in cholesterol. Therefore, the chips are healthy and low in fat which makes them taste great. This is often remarked upon our regular customers. Following on from the traditional way Fish & Chips is prepared, our fish comes straight from the docks; therefore, it is fresh. This gives it a traditional taste similar to how the fish used to be prepared by our families many years ago. It is important to us that we look after our client's health.
