St Peters Church

Situated on the south-eastern corner of England Sandwich is an ancient town and Cinque Port. Located in the centre of the town St Peter’s church offers both locals and visitors alike a place in which to pause and draw breath while they reflect on the past, present and future of Sandwich.
A gem in the heart of Sandwich, St Peter’s Church still serves the community in which it stands. During the year the church is used for a range of public events such as art and sculpture exhibitions, craft fairs and floral displays.

Whilst it is now classified as a 'redundant' church, it remains consecrated and an annual Christmas Eve communion service is held there along with a Witness Procession from the church to St Clement's every Palm Sunday.
